Improve Your Motivation at Work by This Simple Faster EFT Hack



When you’re not feeling motivated, work can be tough; and of course, you’re not doing the best job. Feeling motivated makes work more enjoyable and will allow you to perform at your best. There is a powerful key to how to improve motivation at work that will help you to feel motivated naturally, effortlessly and automatically.
This guide will give you step-by-step direction on how to improve motivation at work — easily! At first, it may seem too simple or too good to be true; but why not try it anyway? It costs nothing but a little time; and you will be giving yourself the opportunity to completely transform your experience at work.



Step One:
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Now, think about being at work. What is it about it that bothers you? Focus on how you know it bothers you and where in your body you feel this feeling.
For example, perhaps you feel despondent and you feel the sensation in your chest. You may feel anger, with a feeling of tightness in your throat. Your brain will be signaling your body to produce a response to what you’re thinking. Just notice it, and notice how strong it is.
Step Two:— This one may seem a little “out there” but again, it costs nothing and doesn’t hurt, so why not just try it and see?
Using two fingers, tap gently on the following spots and say the phrases out loud. (There is logic to this apparent madness, and you can find the explanation here: The FasterEFT Technique — Step-by-Step)
– Between your eyebrows — “I release and let it go”
– Beside your eye (it doesn’t matter which one) “Let it go”
– Under your eye — “It’s okay to let it go”
– Just below your collarbone “It’s safe to let this go now”
Step Three:
Grab your wrist (either one), take a deep breath, blow it out, say “Peace” and think of a peaceful memory. Just enjoy the feeling of that peaceful memory for a moment.
Step Four:
Think of being at work again — think of the things that bothered you about it a moment ago. Notice if there is any change in the feeling. If so, notice what’s left and repeat Steps Two to Four until the feeling has completely flipped.

What Now?

Every time you feel anything negative about work, use the tapping technique to clear that feeling. You may find that memories and other thoughts come up as you’re going through the process — these may be clearly connected to the way you feel, or they may appear to have nothing to do with it. Either way, tap on them too. Tap on anything that comes to you that doesn’t feel good. And tap on it until it does feel good. You will find that if you do this process correctly, you will already be noticing a difference in the way you feel about work.
