FasterEFT Will Help You Move Forward In Life Easily

Fear can feel like an outside force that prevents us from achieving our potential in life. However, it is purely a physiological state — and one that can be quite quickly and easily transformed. Whatever your conscious mind may be using to justify the fear that is holding you back, the true cause is deep in your subconscious, and it can be changed using a simple technique.
What would you do if you had no fear? What action would you take right now? What dreams would you fulfil if you had no fear of moving forward? The great news is, there is no need to continue to live your life wishing or hoping; here is the tool that will give you the power to move forward in whatever way you want to.

Fear of Failure

For many, the challenge that keeps them from achieving their goals and dreams is the fear of failure. The fear of failure is common; and while some are able to push past it, for others it can keep them trapped and prevent them from even trying to achieve what they want to achieve. The fear of failure can be rooted in a range of different past experiences; and for each person, the cause will be unique.
However, the one thing that is in common is that all of these causes can be found in the same place — the subconscious. There will be a record in the subconscious that has connected perceived failure with the state of fight-freeze-or-flight. This means that no amount of conscious, logical reasoning will be able to overcome the problem because, as far as the brain and body are concerned, it’s a matter of life or death.

Guilt

Guilt of overshadowing someone else, or making someone feel inferior, can prevent some people from moving forward and achieving the things they want to achieve.
Guilt is a powerful emotion and can be debilitating. No matter how much reason you believe you have to feel guilty right now, the truth is: the guilt you are feeling in this moment is not new, it is the result of a reference held in your subconscious.

Feelings of Unworthiness

Another powerful block for those who are struggling to move forward is the feeling of being unworthy. This feeling is caused by a core subconscious belief of being unworthy, which is caused by a record that is being referenced by the subconscious, that “proves” the person is unworthy.
There will be a memory buried somewhere that provides unquestionable evidence of the person’s unworthiness. In order to free themselves from the trap of feeling unworthy they will need to change that memory.
There are many other aspects of the fear of moving forward; but each one has the same cause. Each one is caused by the programming in the subconscious. A person may have great ideas, talent, knowledge, and opportunity, but if they have core references that “prove” that it is either dangerous to move forward or that they are not capable of moving forward (or any other reason) they will not be able to take the steps they need to take in order to achieve their potential.

How to Clear the Fear and Move Forward Easily

Although all barriers to moving forward, no matter what they are, are caused by memories that are held inside the subconscious as references of who you are and how the world works, fortunately, it is not necessary to know what they are or even remember they’re there. Using the FasterEFT techniqueyou can work with your subconscious to address these records automatically and naturally.
Start by thinking about moving forward with whatever your goal or dream is. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine taking the action you know you need to take. Notice how you feel. Notice the thoughts that come to you.
Just notice what happens inside you as you think about taking that action. Then, follow the steps in: The FasterEFT Technique — Step-by-Step guide until you have cleared the negative feelings and thoughts. Once you have cleared them and flipped any memories, check back to find out what remains. Think about taking that action again, and make sure there is nothing negative left.
Now, think about your goal or dream again, and notice what thoughts, feelings and memories come up — and use the FasterEFT technique again to flip them. Keep doing this until you have completely transformed the way you feel about moving forward.
Then, as you start to take the action you need to take that will lead you to your dream or goal, whenever you feel any kind of resistance, or any other negative feelings, use the technique in the moment to flip them.
If you’re with other people or doing something that prevents you from physically tapping, use Mental Tapping in the moment instead.
As you begin to replace the old limiting records with new, empowering references, you will find yourself moving forward effortlessly and excitedly.
