Are you a late person? Do you find that no matter how much you try to be on time, something always seems to happen to delay you? The great news is: there’s something you can do about it! You don’t have to be a late person for the rest of your life – and changing it will be easier than you may expect.
The fact that some people struggle to be on time while others are punctual, and some are always early is due to subconscious programming. Each individual has different references in their subconscious, and it is these references that determine whether they are consistently late, punctual or early.
What Makes You a “Late Person”?
While each person will have a unique set of references that support their struggle to be on time, they are all created by the same system. From birth, the subconscious is constantly interpreting and filing life experiences, filtering each new experience through the data held from previous experiences. These records form the foundation of that person’s reality.
They provide the evidence for that individual of who they are and how the world works. A person who is always late no matter how hard they try to be punctual will have records in their subconscious that support that reality. In order to change the pattern, those original records need to be changed.
How Does it Work?
Once you change those original records, you will find yourself naturally and automatically able to be on time, without any struggle at all. Being late is not necessarily about being late. In other words, original cause of the pattern of constantly struggling to get somewhere on time and failing may not have come from being late.
It may have come from an experience that had nothing to do with being on time. The subconscious does not have the ability to use reason or logic, and the connections it creates do not always make sense to the conscious mind. How to Change the Original Records
Fortunately, in order to change the original records you don’t need to know what they are. When you use FasterEFT, your subconscious will do all the work. All you need to do is to notice how you know the problem is there. So, start by thinking about how you feel when you’re late. See if you can remember the earliest or most emotionally intense experience of trying to be on time and arriving late.
What were the consequences, and how did they make you feel? Notice that feeling. Notice where in your body you feel it, and how strong it is. Then, use the FasterEFT process to clear the emotions and flip the memory. Make sure that you keep going through the process until you have completely flipped it to positive.
From now on, whenever you find yourself worrying about being late, or in a situation where you are running late, use theFasterEFT technique to clear those emotions in the moment. This will help to break the addiction to whatever chemicals your brain is releasing in that fight-or-flight state when you’re late. If you are in public, or there’s another reason you can’t tap physically, use Mental Tapping instead.
