FasterEFT Shows You How to Get Rid of Feeling Offended

Do you get offended? Most of us have felt offended at some time in our lives — for one reason or another. The fact is that no matter how justified we may be in taking offense to something, the effects of feeling offended are self-destructive. Feeling offended, like other negative emotional states, is a form of the fight, freeze or flight state.
It does nothing to change undo whatever it was that offended you, and it causes problems for you. When you are feeling offended, apart from the stress chemicals coursing through your bloodstream, the activity in the prefrontal cortex of your brain — responsible for your cognitive thinking, problem-solving, communication, decision making etc. — reduces.
This means that feeling offended limits your ability to thinking clearly, your ability to solve problems, your productivity, creativity, and so much more.

Why Are You Offended?

While you are bound to have many valid, logical reasons for feeling offended, the truth is the real reason you are offended is because you have records in your subconscious that say you are offended. The records come first, then the feeling of being offended, and only after that are the reasons applied.
Your subconscious references the information it holds; it then prompts your brain to trigger your organs to produce the chemicals that create the feelings of being offended — the adrenaline, cortisol, and other stress hormones flood your system — and, feeling these sensations, your conscious mind does its job by using logic and reason to give meaning to these feelings. The result — you’re offended by whatever it was you experienced, heard, saw, or read.
You will have noticed that not everyone is offended by the same things. This is because different people have different records; and it is these records that determine what offends and what doesn’t.

How to Free Yourself from Feeling Offended

In order to no longer feel offended, you need to change those original records that determine you are offended by a specific trigger. FasterEFT works directly with the subconscious to make the necessary changes to the data it holds so that you will experience the results you want.
Take a moment to read through the guide: The FasterEFT Technique — Step-by-Step. Then, think about something that offends you, and notice how you feel as you think about it. Notice how you know you feel offended.
Think back to how you learned to feel offended about this particular trigger. Take notice of the memories, thoughts, arguments and feelings that come up. Then, use the FasterEFT technique to clear and flip those memories. Keep going through the process until you no longer feel offended by that trigger.
Do the same with everything that offends you. Remember, your conscious mind may come up with what appear to be perfectly logical, reasonable and obvious reasons for feeling offended, but that’s only because that’s its job.
The true cause of your feeling offended is the information you hold in your subconscious.
From now on, whenever you feel offended by something, remind yourself that feeling offended does nothing to change the trigger; and then use the FasterEFT technique right away, in the moment. If there are other people around, or you are unable to tap physically for some other reason, use Mental Tapping instead.
