Tiffany Jeffers’ doctors and specialists had given her the prognosis that she would be in chronic pain for the rest of her life. They also pointed out that at 25 years old, her liver and kidneys would not be able to cope with the amount of medication she was to be dependent on for the remainder of her life; and referred her to a pain clinic where she would receive counselling on how to live with chronic pain.
The clinic was dedicated to veterans; and since Tiffany had served in the military, she joined men and women much older than herself, to learn how to live with extreme, constant pain without becoming homicidal or suicidal. The future looked horrible from this standpoint, and Tiffany couldn’t see any way out.

The Trauma
Tiffany had gone through a lot in her life. She experienced extreme violence from a young age. Amongst the constant abuse were attempts on her life, and the lives of her family.
One of her first memories was when her biological father attempted to kill her mother with a gun, and with a large knife (triggering a powerful lifelong phobia of knives in Tiffany).
He also attempted to kill Tiffany, her siblings and their mother by cutting the brake line to the car.Abuse continued throughout the years and Tiffany’s life was threatened.
Tiffany escaped as soon as she could, by joining the military and left for boot camp at 17 years old. Although her traumatic home life meant that she adapted more easily to the harsh environment of the military, she experienced further trauma; and during her time in the military, was abused, date raped and endured a challenging court case against a doctor that sexually assaulted her.
The Illness, Injury and Disease
Tiffany decided to go to college, and was doing well, until she started to become ill. She was showing symptoms that were diagnosed by her doctors as an increasing list of diseases and conditions. In addition to the illnesses,Tiffany had developed allergies to a wide range of foods, substances and chemicals.
These included: dust, pollen, mold, ragweed, trees, grasses, poison ivy, dogs, cats, almond, barley, certain beans, cantaloupe, cashew, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, cocoa, chocolate, coffee, corn, crab, garlic, gluten, malt, mushrooms, peanuts, chili peppers, rye, sesame, soybean, walnut, wheat, yeast, iodized salt, perfume, smoke, smog, insecticide, chlorine, MSG, highlighters, cleaning products, and more. She also had electromagnetic hypersensitivity.
A few car accidents added neck injuries and peripheral neuropathy to this list.By 2013 Tiffany was suffering from a range of medical conditions, and in constant severe pain. She had had to leave college because of the severity of her illness, and at one point was spending most of her time in bed.
When waking up in the mornings, it would sometimes take her an hour just to get out of bed; having to be pulled up carefully by her husband to a sitting position, and then waiting until she was able to move a bit again. In addition to the physical pain and other symptoms, Tiffany was suffering from clinical depression and anxiety. She would, at times, not leave the house for a month — suffering from PTSD and the extreme fear that she may be assaulted again.
The Worst Part
The most heart-wrenching aspect of her condition, for Tiffany, was the effect it had on her family. She was sleeping constantly and missing out on the lives of her children. She was unable to take her little daughter outside; and was eventually unable to pick up her young son — who was as devastated as she was by this. She was unable to participate fully in her children’s lives, and they were growing up with a “sick mom”.
The Search
Tiffany searched for years for a solution to her pain. In addition to the medical treatments she was receiving from her doctors and specialists, she tried a wide range of alternative therapies and treatments. She consulted a nutritionist who helped to her adjust her diet.
This proved a challenge due to her intense phobia of knives (caused by the childhood trauma) since fresh fruit and vegetables were naturally the most important part of a healthy diet. She eventually managed to find a set of very dull knives in a thrift store.
Although they made food preparation more difficult and more dangerous, her fear was of them being used as a weapon — and her subconscious believed that this was less likely if they were dull.
In addition to her nutritionist, Tiffany tried an osteopath, a holistic doctor, herbal remedies, exercise, and anything else she could find. However, nothing relieved her of the pain and other symptoms completely. Her liver and kidneys were now struggling, her gall bladder was six months away from having to be removed, and her stomach had almost stopped working all together. Her future looked hopeless and bleak.
The Turning Point
In 2013, a friend of Tiffany’s who is a nutritionist, told her about Heather McKean. Tiffany knew of Heather, and knew that she was also very ill. However, her friend told her that Heather had fully recovered from her long list of diseases, illnesses and conditions. Tiffany found out that Heather had used FasterEFT to heal herself.
Intrigued, Tiffany found the videos of Robert G. Smith (founder of FasterEFT) on YouTube; and, after listening to Robert explain how the mind works, and finding it made sense to her, she started tapping along with some of the videos.
Tiffany was amazed to find that, as she used the FasterEFT technique, her pain would move. For example, the pain in her neck, caused by the injury from the car accidents, would move as she tapped, to the middle of her back. She also noticed, as she tapped, that an increase in emotions caused an increase in the intensity of the pain. She kept tapping through the pain, and eventually the pain would disappear.
After years of severe pain and being told she would suffer it for the rest of her life, in 30 to 45 minutes, the pain had disappeared. After that first experience of shifting her neck pain, Tiffany knew she had finally found a solution that would work.
From tapping along persistently with those few videos, the peripheral neuropathy completely disappeared. The tingling and pain throughout her body radiating from her neck injury went and she no longer has peripheral neuropathy.
In fact, she was so surprised by this that she tried to make it come back — she moved in ways she couldn’t before — but it didn’t return.
Up until then, Tiffany was dependent on her chiropractor, and was going to remain dependent on chiropractic treatment for the rest of her life. However, she no longer goes to a chiropractor since she is able to use FasterEFT. Tiffany is aware that she should still need to see her chiropractor because of the damage to her neck from the car accident — that she should still be experiencing the chronic peripheral neuropathy — but she no longer suffers from it.
The Next Level
In October of 2013, Tiffany attended a FasterEFT Transformational Weekendin Oklahoma City. She had felt resistance to going because of the cost. However, she realized that she had spent a fortune on nutritionists, holistic doctors, chiropractors, alternative therapies, an osteopath, regular doctors, a rheumatologist, and other specialists, and was just about to sign up for another type of therapy which would cost thousands of dollars.
The FasterEFT seminar was nothing compared to that — and she had already experienced significant results from using the technique herself at home.
When Robert asked for volunteers, Tiffany put her hand up. Before Robert started working on her, Tiffany’s pain was intense. Although she had been able to shift a lot of her pain on her own, she was still suffering from her remaining conditions.
Robert addressed memories from her childhood; and as he tapped on her, the pain moved, shifted, and then disappeared completely. She went back to her seat with absolutely no pain at all.
Tiffany was delayed for 2 days extra due to air travel and bad weather — so she was able to attend a Level 3 Training Seminar. She learned more about using FasterEFT; and during those few days, she had the opportunity to see Heather McKean’s mom receive a life-changing crossfire session addressing addiction.
She was also able to address more of her childhood trauma — experiencing increasing freedom from the symptoms of her conditions, and feeling increasingly happy, hopeful, and joyous. Although facing the terrible events of her childhood was terrifying, Tiffany was determined enough to free herself from her illnesses, to do whatever it took.
A Valuable Insight
One of Tiffany’s many experiences in healing herself using FasterEFT is a perfect example of how important it is to keep tapping through theabreactions until you flip the memories and feelings. During a session with two practitioners, Tiffany started to experience an unexpected pain in her ribs on one side. As the session continued, the pain seemed to increase.
This is the point at which some people give up, feeling that the process is causing the pain. However, Tiffany and her practitioners continued to tap through the experience; and as they did, a memory came to Tiffany that she had forgotten.
In one of the many beatings she’d received, she was thrown into a vacuum cleaner. She had landed with her ribs (the same side that was causing her pain now) against the vacuum cleaner.
This recollection also shed light on Tiffany’s inexplicable fear of dust from vacuum cleaners and severe dust allergy. As she worked on clearing that memory, the pain subsided. Although she could still feel the remnants of it for a few days, it then disappeared completely and has not returned.
Tiffany Today
Today, Tiffany is free from all medication (and from her phobias of knives and vacuum cleaners). After a life sentence of being dependent on a wide range of strong medications, she now takes absolutely none at all.
She no longer has any pain or any of the other symptoms of the conditions she had suffered with for all those years. She is healthy, happy, and living her dream life. Tiffany loves her job as a FasterEFT Advanced Practitioner,Level IV; and is helping countless others to transform their own lives. Her renewed physical health allows her to enjoy biking and swimming with her husband and children. In addition to this, she and her children are now free to accompany her husband as he travels for his business. Tiffany’s transformation has resulted in a significant improvement in the quality of life for her and her family.
Family Life
Early on in their marriage, Tiffany’s husband’s mom fought a year long battle with cancer that resulted in her passing away. This sudden bout with grief and loss presented a significant challenge to the couple, that stayed with them for several years. Through the use of FasterEFT both Tiffany and her husband were able to let go of the loss, lifting a huge burden off their lives. Then, shortly after finding FasterEFT, Tiffany’s husband’s dad also fought a battle with cancer that resulted in his passing. Again, FasterEFT was helpful in dealing with the grief and loss of another loved one passing. This wonderful technique has brought Tiffany and her husband closer together emotionally, allowing them to enjoy their life together, focusing on their family, fun, health and well-being.
FasterEFT and Children
Tiffany introduced FasterEFT to her children soon after she discovered how well it worked for her. Both her son and daughter find it very relaxing and comforting. In fact, Tiffany remembers a night, early on in her discovery of FasterEFT, when her children didn’t want to go to sleep.
They were feeling scared, and were finding it difficult to relax enough to go to sleep. She tapped on both of them, using FasterEFT, and they relaxed within minutes, and happily went to sleep.
Normally it would have been a stressful situation; they would have been crying, and she would have eventually had to walk away, feeling guilty and stressed. Instead, they both went to sleep happy and relaxed.
Asthma
Tiffany no longer needs to use an asthma inhaler, thanks to FasterEFT. Her son had developed chronic asthma during the years Tiffany was ill. Using the FasterEFT technique, Tiffany has helped her son to become stronger.
From not being able to be outside without a mask during allergy season, to not only not wearing a mask at all, but playing baseball! When she asked her son what he’s noticed from the FasterEFT sessions he’s done, he answered“I’m forgetting asthma.”
Living Her Dream — Helping Others

As a Master Practitioner, Tiffany helps people to transform a wide range of challenges in all areas of their lives. From physical conditions, like those she had suffered from, to emotional healing, to career blocks — and everything in between. Tiffany also works with high level athletes — helping them to improve their performance, clear blocks that hold them back, and addressing injuries.
Having been a drug addict and alcoholic, Tiffany will be celebrating 17 years of complete sobriety on June 20th, 2016.And, having lived through the experiences she has, one of Tiffany’s most treasured projects is serving as one of the team of select FasterEFT practitioners who has worked on residents of theHabilitat Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in Hawaii on a voluntary basis the past two years.
She loves her work, and is literally living her dream life. It is hard to imagine that just two and a half years ago she was in a hopeless, devastating state — physically and emotionally. The key was her determination to make the most of the opportunity to heal herself using the most effective and powerful tool she’d come across — in fact, the only option she had come across that worked.
FasterEFT and Robert Smith gave her the opportunity; and Tiffany took it with both hands, and did what it took to get from rock bottom to the highest of highs.
