How to Improve Your Sleep Using FasterEFT

Lack of good quality sleep does more than simply make you feel tired. It can seriously affect your health, concentration and focus, communication and problem-solving skills, and so much more. However, getting enough good sleep is not always easy. Insomnia and other sleep issues have a variety of causes; one of the most common being stress.
Whatever the cause of your sleep challenges, you can use FasterEFT to improve your quality of sleep and to make the most of the sleep you do get.

What Causes Sleep Problems?

Whether you struggle with insomnia, are plagued by nightmares and restlessness, or any other issues that keep you from benefiting from regular, good quality sleep, the cause will be in your subconscious.
Although it may seem as though there is no connection, the programming in your subconscious is what it keeping you from getting healthy sleep.

Stress

Stress is a major cause of insomnia and sleep disturbances. Stress causes the body to go into an emergency state — which, naturally, is the opposite to the relaxation associated with sleeping. While there are various methods for reducing the symptoms of stress, FasterEFT is designed to change the original cause of the stress response.

An Overactive Mind

For many people, getting to sleep is a major challenge due to the fact that their mind seems to be running on overdrive. Lying in bed, their mind appears to take on a life of its own as it runs through problems, conversations, scenarios, and other stuff, keeping them wide awake.
FasterEFT can be used as a relaxation technique in the moment, to clear the automatic mind-chatter and help the brain and body to calm down for a good night’s sleep.

How to Use FasterEFT to Improve Your Sleep

There are three steps to using FasterEFT to get the sleep you need and deserve:
  1. Take a moment to think about what happens when you try to sleep. Whatever the problem is, notice how you know it’s there. If you can’t get to sleep, think about how that feels — notice what it is that is happening to prevent you from getting to sleep; if you suffer from nightmares, think about the nightmare as you would a bad memory — notice how it feels. Then, use the FasterEFT Technique. As you go through the process, notice if any memories or other thoughts come to you; and then use the process to flip those too. Keep going through the process until the feelings, memories and thoughts have flipped.
  2. Before you go to sleep at night, take a few minutes to clear yourself of stress, worries, and other stimulants. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Now, scan your body, and notice how you feel. Is there anything bothering you? Whatever you notice, use the FasterEFT Technique to tap it out. Address any related memories and thoughts — make sure you flip them completely before you stop. This step will improve the quality of your sleep.
  3. Once you’re in bed, if you find yourself unable to sleep for any reason, useMental Tapping to relax your mind and body in the moment, and to clear any worries, thoughts, memories or other disturbances that may come up. Using Mental Tapping means you can physically relax fully, allowing your body to prepare for restful sleep.
