When you hear of someone else achieving something you wish you could achieve, do you catch yourself feeling jealous, envious or resentful instead of feeling happy for them?Does hearing about the good fortune of others only highlight your own misgivings and short-comings?
Jealousy and envy can be extremely destructive, not only within relationships, but to the individual who is feeling these emotions.
The good news is that there is a way around getting rid of jealousy and envy. Not only will you get rid of these negative emotions but you have a chance to feel good and get closer to your desires.

What Causes Jealousy and Envy?
Just like all other issues and problems, jealousy and envy are caused by the data held in the subconscious. For each person, the original causes will be different since each individual’s combination of life experiences is unique. For more information on how this data is created, and how it affects daily life, read: The REAL Cause of All Your Problems andWhat Determines Your Character and Personality?
Why Should You Free Yourself from Jealousy and Envy?
The truth is, your jealousy and envy are part of what is holding you back from achieving what you want to achieve. Jealousy and envy, like all negative emotions, it causes a degree of “fight or flight” or stress response in the body. And while your body is in this state, you are not functioning optimally.
Apart from anything else, your cognitive thinking is impaired during this state — which means you are not able to see as clearly as you are when you are in a more balanced emotional state. Your reason, logic, problem-solving skills, and ability to see solutions and opportunities are all affected.
If you could maintain a balanced, happy state, regardless of what others are doing around you, you would have more energy and inspiration; your ability to see opportunities (and take advantage of them) and solutions would be enhanced. Getting rid of negative emotions will keep your motivation and focus on things that truly matter allowing you to achieve more.
How to Free Yourself from Jealousy and Envy
In order to change the pattern of jealousy and envy, the first step is to understand that it is automatic. In other words, you’ll notice that you can’t always control it. It’s an automatic response. To change that response, you need to change the original programming in your subconscious.
The FasterEFT process works with the subconscious to make changes to the original data you are carrying, that provides the “proof” that the jealous or envious response is the necessary.
Think about someone you feel jealous or envious of, and notice how you feel. Where in your body do you feel the sensations, what does it feel like, and how strong is it? Now, think back to times in your past when you’ve felt those same feelings. Make a note of your earliest and strongest experiences — just one or two words to remind yourself of the event.
Now, go through those memories, and use FasterEFT to flip them. Don’t stop until you have completely flipped each one. Then, think about the person you thought of earlier, and notice if the feeling has changed.
Is the jealousy or envy still there? If so, is it still the same? Notice what’s left, and go through the process again until you’ve completely flipped it.
You Can Now Move Forward
Whenever you notice you’re feeling envious or jealous, use the FasterEFT technique right then, in the moment, to clear and flip it. If you’re in public, or can’t tap physically for some other reason, use Mental Tapping.
